Refunds and Returns
Because we provide several types of services and products directly and through affiliates, these rules outline what you can expect from the various kinds of items you buy.
Not all services and products have the same refund and return offer. Please refer back to your purchase details for accurate details.
The products that affiliates sell on our family of brands are governed by their policies, and Influence to Action, Inc. can not process any refunds, returns, or exchanges on their behalf. If you do experience issues with one of our affiliates, we do want to know.
We might be able to assist, and your feedback may be a determining factor if we continue to refer their products and services. Please send a notification to support [@] influencetoaction.com.
Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
Before you ask for a refund
If you have purchased an item or membership access and are experiencing a technical issue with the item or access, we recommend contacting our support desk immediately. Often, they can help to troubleshoot your problem.
Asking for refunds
We understand, however, that sometimes we are unable to solve your issue, or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the events in which a refund or exchange might be provided:
- Item is “not as described,” or the item doesn’t work.
- Item has a security vulnerability
Item is “not as described,” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.
If an item doesn’t work the way, it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described,” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.
Item has a security vulnerability
If an item contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed, you would be entitled to a refund. If the item can be fixed, then we will promptly update the item. If the security vulnerability is not patched in an appropriate timeframe, then we may provide a refund for the item.
