Shipping Policy

Digital Products

Most products provided by Influence to Action, Inc. are digital downloads that are immediately available for download or can be accessed once your payment is successfully processed. Access credentials are provided directly or via email. If they are not available in your inbox, check your spam folder and be sure to whitelist us.

Physical Products

The information below is for products sold through one of our websites. Shipping policies for our affiliates are governed by their terms and policies.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our Primary Shippers are:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays that can occasionally occur from shippers are out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Influence to Action, Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If appropriate, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Influence to Action, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
